Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item or the item does not fit, we can offer you a refund or an exchange upon return.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- The item must be unworn and undamaged.
- The labels still attached to the garment.
- You must send the item back within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please get in touch with us via email (email@example.com) if you want to exchange or return your item.
We don’t offer free returns or exchanges so you will have to cover the cost of posting the item back to us. For exchanges you will also have to pay for postage again to get the item you are exchanging back to you.
We recommend any returns/exchanges are sent tracked and signed for as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition. If evident that the items have been worn or the labels are removed, we can’t offer an exchange/returns and your item will be sent back to you.
When returning or exchanging please write a note in your parcel stating whether you are returning or exchanging (and what for) your name + your order number.
We will aim to refund/exchange the item within 1-3 working days from receiving your return.
